It may not totally feel like spring yet, but it's going to be here before we know it and I can hardly wait any longer! I'm so ready for endless days of sunshine, warm breezes and the start of summer. Every year there's more and more incredibly adorable spring trends and fun finds to buy and celebrate the start of the beautiful weather, and this year is definitely no different - I can't stop shopping! Last weekend I was at Target and I swear, every aisle I walked down I said to myself "this is the perfect dupe!" for something I've seen this season. There's nothing better than a fun Target run, and especially when you can fill a cart up with fun new things (as if that's a hard to-do)! During this time of year, the weather is never guaranteed - especially in New York! It could be 60 and sunny one day and snowing and cold the next (cough, today). But slowly, spring is definitely on it's way and I can't wait to be styling ALL of the amazing spring trends there are this season! One of my favorite looks lately is jeans with wedges or heels and a cute top. I love lace up sandals, color block wedges and anything that's stylish yet comfortable! One of my very favorite brands to get shoes from (especially for spring) is Marc Fisher. There's tons of fun styles to choose from and they're perfect for this upcoming season!
There may still be a few days in February, but the weather we've had the past few days is making me crave Spring! This month's currently craving is channeling my inner "I want spring", and mostly filled with things on my spring wish list. I found some great sales, fun colored must haves and more that we all definitely want need this month:
Making the transition in your wardrobe from winter to spring can be challenging - especially if you live somewhere that has cold winters! In New York it's hard to know what to expect, but there's usually cold days into April. This winter we've had unseasonably warm temperatures, but I know it's going to be a while until this warmth is consistent. It's hard to plan what to wear when you literally can go from it being 65 and sunny one day to 40 and chilly the next! That's where transitional pieces come in - AKA fun clothes and accessories that make you crave spring, but still can work for these late winter months.
If I had to name one thing that I love to buy the most, it would no doubt be shoes. I'm a shoe addict and cute shoes are the one thing I can never say no to! Comfy and casual are the best, but nothing really can beat fun pumps or wedges in the spring and summer. In New York, it's difficult to wear cute shoes in the winter because of the snow (trust me... almost died trying to trudge through snow at a wedding in December!) so getting as much use out of my cute shoes when I can it is!
This season I've been finding more cute shoes than I can possibly keep up with and I have a serious new found love for Sam Edelman this season. Wait until you see - seriously, to die for!

I've been shopping at Nordstrom and Dillards for Devlin clothing for a long time now and they never fail to disappoint! The spring and summer collections always feature the most beautiful clothes and they're fun for so many different ages too. My little sister is 16 1/2 and since she's been going to tons of parties like Sweet 16's, etc., I thought it was time that she had a chance to experience how amazing the Devlin clothing is too. Since Devlin is available at both Dillard's and Nordstrom, we've been able to find tons of Devlin clothing in the mall near us - the best part of the store(s)!
Girly prints, colors and textures are what Devlin is all about. Quality and chic are two things I look for in my clothing and what I've tried to do in helping my sister find some cute clothes too! Here's one of the adorable looks we put together:
There is nothing I love more than the beautiful spring weather and the cute clothes there are for spring! I think this is the best time of year to dress cutely because it isn't too hot or too cold and there are so many possibilities. Playing with colors, mix and matching patterns and trying new trends are the best part of outfit styling and there's no better feeling than finding a piece that you know will be timeless in your wardrobe! Award season may be ending, but spring, warm weather and major sales are here!! The Bloomingdale's Friends and Family has started and there are SO many great things you need to snag from this sale! Although some of my favorites like Tory Burch and Kate Spade are excluded, I've still found a couple of really great things to get ready for the warmer months.
Especially with Mothers Day coming up, graduation season (hint hint to any family reading this! ;) and such, this is the perfect time to stock up on presents too! And lets be honest, even though some of the best brands aren't included in this sale, the element of surprise and happiness always sinks in when you realize something you're looking at is included in the sale!

One of my absolute favorite holidays is Easter. Between the meaning of the holiday, the excitement of seeing family and dressing up, it's such a fun Sunday! Ever since I was little it's been a huge deal in my family and picking out my Easter outfit was always and still is my favorite part. It's also pretty much the unofficial start of Spring if you ask me - the first time we can wear cute, warm weather clothes - even if it isn't that warm out! I'm hoping for a beautiful day this year though.

If there's one trend that never gets old and can be so versatile, it's scarves! Blanket scarves, skinny scarves, gauze scarves; there are so many styles and ways to wear them that they work for basically every month of the year in every kind of weather. My scarf collection is constantly growing; I have two of these scarf organizers hanging in my closet that keeps my scarf collection organized and I'm pretty sure I could find one there to match every single outfit combo in the world. I love accessorizing with them in the spring and using a cozy blanket scarf to keep me warm in the winter and still look cute.
Since spring is upon us, it's usually still too cool to wear sandals and tank tops but perfect for capris and a short sleeved tee or a thin, long sleeved shirt. My perfect spring outfit is a tshirt, crop jeans, espadrilles and a pretty scarf! It's amazing that such a simple piece like a scarf can change the whole look of an outfit and can be styled in so many different ways, but I think that's exactly why they're becoming more and more popular. There were a ton of gorgeous scarves and wraps on the runways of NYFW this season too.
