Cold Weather Travel Essentials

Taking a trip this fall or winter, or headed somewhere cold? These picks are perfect to add to your shopping or packing list for your trip! From cozy in-flight must haves to what you'll love to wear while you're away, these pops of color will help you pack and get excited for your cold weather vacation!

1. Oversized Travel Wrap: this cozy, comfy wrap was made for travel! It's the perfect opened poncho/cape to wrap yourself up on on the plane or when you get to your destination. You can wear it for so many things other than travel too, and no matter what time of year you travel to stay cozy.

2. Pink UGG Slippers: these are just under $100 and the prettiest pink! I have way too many pairs of pink shoes but these are a must - they're cozy and great for cold weather or to even wear as indoor slippers.

3. Bouclé Knit Socks: aside from wanting to wear these 24/7, they're great to include in a gift! But when it comes to traveling, these will keep you warm especially if you're headed somewhere cold.

4. Fresh Rose Face Mask: this is the absolute best face mask for many reasons, but specifically in the winter/cold weather. I swear by it in the cooler months because it keeps my skin feeling (and looking) so super hydrated.

5. Travel-Size Aquaphor: I talk about Aquaphor a lot and for good reason - I keep one in every bag and basically every room in my house too! It's good for so many things and a travel must have, especially in the winter.

6. Monogrammed Cosmetic Bag: this is my absolute FAVORITE cosmetic bag I have ever, ever owned! I talked a little bit about it in this post where I shared my in-flight beauty bag and what's inside. It's the perfect travel bag because it fits SO much inside. Another great gift too!

7. Pink Wool Cocoon Coat: if you're looking for the most chic winter coat that's also going to keep you extremely warm, here you go. I can't rave about this coat enough! It's one of those products that comes back yearly because it's so popular, and there's some new colors this year - this being one of them! Shouldn't we all have a pink coat in our closets?! ;) Who wouldn't want to travel this winter in such a beautiful coat?!

8. Colorful Colorblock Scarf: when I travel in the winter/to someplace cold, I bring a ton of scarves and stuff them in all of my shoes/bags and any opened spot in my luggage because I wear them daily, and you really can never have too many cozy scarves! This is super warm (and not at all itchy like some can be) and this color combo is the prettiest.

9. Sherpa Half-Zip Pullover: give me all the sherpa, all the time. I love this color and it's semi-oversized fit so that it's extra cozy! It comes in a ton of colors and has been super popular, so if your size isn't in stock right now here's some other similar/cozy sherpa options to add to your closet:

10. Floral Printed Travel Pillow: while a travel pillow isn't just necessary for cold weather travel, I came across this pretty floral patterned pillow and deemed it a must have for every travel loving girl out there. ;)

11. Cozy Tech Gloves: on a daily-winter-basis, tech gloves are almost essential for everyone. But when you're traveling and it's cold, and you need your Maps app to direct you, or need to Google locations/directions, you'll be so glad you had a pair of tech gloves in your pockets!

XOXO -A

  17. I'm loving the pink tones you included here. I've been into pinks this fall and I think it's often overlooked and thought to just be a Spring kind of color. Great post. Thanks for sharing!

Have you ever had the experience of enjoying a beautiful, clear or partly cloudy day in which you felt that the temperature was perfect, the atmosphere was just right and everything felt great outdoors? Suddenly, almost without warning, the sky turns almost black and lightning strikes abound and light up the entire landscape and then rain or first hail falls in sheets. Barrackpore

  29. Brewing coffee shops near me with a vacuum coffee maker is part science and part entertainment. Watch as water vapor pushes hot water up a tube into an upper chamber, then see the coffee come rushing down to the lower chamber. Who knew brewing coffee could be so much fun?
