Simple Ways to Add Hints of Positivity into Every Day

Even the smallest things and changes you make can have an incredible impact on any day, am I right?! This week, start fresh and make a promise to yourself that you'll do at least one or two of these happen - then sit back and realize how much more positive you are each and every day:

- Wake up 10 minutes earlier to ease yourself into the day

- Do something that scares you to prove to yourself that you can do anything

- De-clutter a room in your home; get rid of at least 5 things you don't need

- Set a list of monthly goals and intentions (that are attainable!)

- Write down something you're thankful for every day

- Appreciate the little things, no matter how little

- Accomplish something you've been putting off (feels SO good!)

- Plan a trip, no matter how close or far you decide to go - plan to leave your comfort zone and realize the positives that will come out of such an experience

- Re-connect with someone you've been meaning to reach out to

- Take 10 minutes to do something that you enjoy every day, no matter what time of day

- Read your horoscope - they can be so powerful in the way you think and approach a situation

- Be proactive about every situation that's in your control

- Focus on the positives, even if you're dealing with a lot

- Visualize you meeting your highest goals

- Learn something new - broadening your horizons is so important!

- Unfollow/delete any toxic people from social media for an almost instant feeling of relief... seriously

- Plan your day/week to feel more put together and save time

- Celebrate even the small wins every day

- Do something good for someone else, whether it be someone you know - or someone you don't

- Get outside and take a walk or just sit and breathe in the fresh air

Stay positive and work to be the best version of you possible - it's easier said than done, but if you know where to start then you're halfway there. Here's your daily dose of positivity :)
XOXO -A

  2. Great tips! I'll be de-cluttering my office today. Which also doubles as a classroom because I homeschool my daughter. I notice, like/follow a ton of pages and groups on FB, some I'm not active in, Ill be unfollowing/deleting because it's just clutter. Thanks for sharing!

  4. I love taking walks with my dogs and just being out in nature. This always puts me in a better mood. Also, finding ways to do nice things for others helps me forget about things in my own life that I might be dealing with.

I'd definitely like to step out of my comfort zone - there's so many things that I've shied away from doing because they make me nervous but I really want to conquer them! x

  12. I loooooove decluttering. Our home gets cluttered so easily sometimes so I always make it a priority every Monday and Friday to declutter. It's a great way to go into the weekend as well as a great way to clean up from the weekend and move into a new work week.
