Happy Tuesday! This week is off to a super rainy start and I'm hoping that leaves us with some nice refreshing cool, Fall air! I spent the majority of the day cleaning and organizing my closet, working on some mugs for Sip of Sass Designs and taking lots of blog post pictures for some upcoming posts. I've been focusing a lot of time on planning out my posts and if you aren't already doing so, I highly recommend it! It's helped so much in the long run and knowing that I have a set editorial calendar has made me much more organized. It's also been very helpful to try and jot ideas down when I think of a new idea for a post with as much detail as possible so that when I'm near the computer, I can start writing out the actual post. I feel like organizing blog work is never ending - but I've said it before and I'll say it again, I LOVE it! I don't go five minutes without thinking about something to do with my blog and that's just the way I like it : )
Tomorrow I'm going to Michael's to get supplies for some Fall DIY projects that I'm so excited about and cannot wait to share with you! I started decorating for Fall and all it makes me want to do is get cozy on the couch and light one of my favorite candles - the best time of year!
Some more products I've found recently that are perfect for Fall:
Here's some pictures I've taken lately both in my camera roll and some that you can find on my Instagram:
The Super Harvest Moon this past Sunday night was amazing to see! I've never seen the moon so big and be so red!
If you follow me on Instagram then you likely saw these two pictures last week! I did some serious shopping at Bath and Body Works last week and those three purchases are my favorites that I got! I stocked up on candles of all sizes because I burn them constantly during this time of year. These Steve Madden pumps are possibly my favorite black heels that I own! I bought them recently and I've already worn them twice, they're so comfortable too which you wouldn't expect from a heel that size! I love Steve Madden, you can't go wrong!
I bought these adorable glittery place mats at Home Goods this past weekend. Obviously, I'm so excited for Fall so these were a must have! They'll look so pretty with a DIY centerpiece!
Last but certainly not least, a gorgeous sunset from Sunday night! This was the sky before the eclipse - so many beautiful sky pictures in one night! I'm a sucker for a pretty sunset : )
That's a little glimpse into this past week! I'm excited for a busy and hopefully productive week this week. Now here's this weeks featured posts!
Now that you've had a chance to look at these awesome posts, let the party begin!
