Currently Craving: November Needs

It's finally the happiest and one of the best months of the year! I'm so excited for the holidays and we're getting so close, it's sort of crazy! This month's currently craving is filled with a ton of different things - things I bought throughout November, some things I found on sale during Cyber week and even a few things that are on my Christmas list. I'm also including a few more things that make for great gift ideas because I know I'm not the only one whose in full gift buying mode! This time of year, there's always so many amazing finds at a ton of stores - I included a couple of really cozy finds too ; )

Currently Craving: May Must Haves

I know this sentence comes out of my mouth every single time I do this post each month, but I SERIOUSLY cannot believe another month is over! This has been an awesome month; I graduated, summer started, I started planning some fun things for my blog and for summer and the weather is heating up which means I can finally put some of the new things I'm currently craving (see what I did there? ; ) to good use!
Shopping in the summer in-store is one of those things I LOVE, it probably sounds so strange but there's nothing I love more than walking into a cold, air conditioned mall from the sweltering heat outside and shopping all day! By far one of the most satisfying things if you ask me haha! Since I've had a couple of big parties to go to this month and Mother's Day and my mom's birthday (which was this past Sunday - happy birthday, ma!), I've had a lot of shopping to do and I've seen lots of new, fun things just in time for the heat. Our pool is finally opened, the weather is finally hitting the upper 80's every day and summer is in full swing!

Currently Craving: July Favs

I'm finding it very hard to believe today is August 1st... And yes, I'm totally aware that I say the same thing during every one of my currently craving posts each month! The months are flying by and I really don't like it - especially the summer months! But I have so many exciting things happening this month, including heading to Italy! I cannot wait and although I keep telling myself I'm pretty much ready, I'm truly no where near ready and that includes not having a single blog or social post scheduled yet, ha! Typical me ; ) But I sure have had time to shop as we all know... Between the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, summer shopping and a fun time buying Bahamas-gear in the Bahamas last week, my bank account needs a break. I'm also planning on doing a closet makeover this month with full re-organization and man does it need it, everything is a mess!

Currently Craving: March Favorites

Somehow, it's the end of another month and time to share my favorite products of the month again! Seriously, where is time flying by to?! I feel like I was just writing about my February favorites yesterday and now March has come and (almost) gone. This month has involved a LOT of products I've tried and have loved and ones I'm still dying to try too - I think it's mostly because spring has finally sprung and it's calling for some serious wardrobe and closet updates! I love trying new things for new seasons, so there's a lot of things I'm loving right now.
There are so many new trends for the warmer months and most brands are releasing new things - whether it be clothing, accessories or makeup, there are a ton of new products that are swoon worthy and must-tries and must-haves! Here are some things I'm loving and currently craving from this past month:

Currently Craving: June Jewels

The best months for buying new things has to be the summer! I love seeing all of the fun and bright trends and there's even some great summer sales always going on; Nordstrom's Anniversary Sale in just a few short weeks! ; ) I gravitate toward all of the bright things in the summer time and of course, things like summer beauty products and fun pool floats. It's been hard to narrow down my favorites from this month, but after a lot of back and forth I definitely found my favorites. I think the best part of the start of summer is the endless pool days, baseball games and nothing but summer fun (and shopping, duh). Here are my favorites for this first summer month:

Currently Craving: Under $100

Throughout December I shared so many gift guides and fun gift ideas so I put December's Currently Cravings on hold. At the end of each month this year I'll be sharing one of these posts as I did last year, but I wanted to do a special version in place of December's of things I'm loving right now all under $100! Some of these things are post-holiday sale buys and some are things I got for Christmas. Everything is under $100 both regular priced and as the sale prices and things you'll be saying "okay, I need this!" to. Since it's all under $100, grab your coffee and shop happy! ;)

Can summer slow down for a second?! Seriously, I'm enjoying this weather and the sunshine too much to worry about it going so fast! This month's Currently Craving is a bit shorter because with all of the NSALE craziness I hadn't shopped too much elsewhere. But there are some really great finds - for your home, the cutest jeans, a couple of dupes... You get the point! Here's my favorites from July:

Happy October! I saw something on Twitter the other day that said Happy HalloThanksMas and I was laughing SO hard because it's so true! I love this time of year (even though I miss the summer weather... so conflicted) and all of the fun clothes, accessories and more that come with it. September was such a fun month - lots of Yankees baseball games, my 22nd birthday and the transition between summer and fall. Now that fall is in full swing, I'm so excited to share my favorite products at-first-sight this season! September was a busy shopping month, but I think October will be even busier.. Happy November!! October literally flew by in about 2 seconds, but in all honesty I'm okay with it because I love this time of year. November and December are my favorite months (aside from summer, duh) and I'm obsessed with dressing for cooler weather and there's always so many fun colors and accessories this time of year. This is one of my favorite posts to put together each month because I love sharing products I love and I think it also makes for a really fun monthly look book! Currently Craving: April Favorites

I know I say this every month, but another month is seriously over?! I'm not sure if it's series' like this one or what making the time go so fast, but I sure am excited for summer so no *real* complaints here! Yesterday was my last day of classes for undergrad and I'm seriously so beyond excited. Two essays and two tests stand between me and summer/no more school! I feel like I say this a lot too, but there has been SO many amazing products I've tried and loved or have found and want this April. It's been a busy shopping month - mainly because of Mother's Day (check out my gift guide ideas here!) but I could never complain about shopping, let's be real here ; )
Finding product favorites isn't exactly hard, clearly - but figuring out which are my favorite things is also good for figuring out what to buy, what to pass on and what to wait on until it goes on sale. Currently Craving: February Favorites

Happy March!! I am so excited that we're officially in a "spring" month! We've been really, really lucky in New York this winter when it comes to the weather; we've only had three or so "real" snow falls and it's melted so quickly and it's been so gorgeous out - even as I look out my window now, 51 degrees on March 1st is unheard of! I'm so excited to be out of the winter months and I'm so looking forward to the warmer, sunnier weather and the amazing accessories, beauty products and clothes that come with it. I know I said in my January Currently Craving post that this series would be the last Friday in every month but this passed weekend was beyond hectic so I'm a few days late ; )

Welcome September - my birthday month! I'm finding it really hard to believe that it's already coming to an end... but summer has been absolutely amazing. Happy... April!! I had to think about that one for a second! I hope your Easter/Passover weekends (if you celebrate!) were filled with family, celebrating God and warm spring weather - it finally was warm here! Today not so much - I do NOT want to talk about what's on the ground right now (hint: it's white) and the fact that the Yankees Home Opener was switched to tomorrow, but the sun is supposed to come out later so hopefully it melts quickly! I have way too many cute spring things to be wearing to deal with this snow in April LOL! When putting together March's Currently Craving list, I found myself adding all things periwinkle and gold - so here's lots of spring inspiration for you to get just a little more excited for the spring:

Currently Craving: January Picks

Can anyone believe that January is almost over?! This month has gone so fast it's sort of scary. I decided that this year I want to round up my favorite things of the month or what I'm currently dying to buy or just bought and am loving. This will be a new series on Daily Dose of Design on the last Friday of every month! I figured this would be a great way to share what I'm dying to have and also keep track of what I want... kind of like a live, ongoing wishlist! ; ) Let me tell you, it's hard to pick less than a million (sarcastic, kind of) things for a roundup like this but it's worth a shot!

Currently Craving: Early Holiday Favorites and Finds

It's the most wonderful time of the year!! November means the holiday season is soon beginning and the holiday shopping season is in full swing, as if you haven't seen all of the commercials already! This month's Currently Craving is sort of random - it has some entertaining finds that are great for this time of year, cozy fall favorites and some early Christmas wish list finds. Currently Craving: February Buys to Get Ready for Spring

Raise your hand if you're ssoooo over winter! I couldn't take the cold temperatures any longer so I escaped to spend some time in Florida and it's been heavenly! I love the daily 80 degree temps, endless sunshine and wearing sandals in February. ;) I know I've had spring fever for quite a while now, including on last month's Currently Craving also but I just can't help it! You know what they say... April showers bring May flowers and lots of vibrant, colorful spring buys! ;) Here's to hoping May does bring lots of flowers because this girl (and I can bet most of you) are sooo ready for the warm weather! It's getting nicer day by day in New York and being able to open all of my windows each morning has been so refreshing (and definitely motivating me enough to clean and declutter a LOT!).
